This notice covers mixano.app, its browser organizer and the optional account used to link web access to the iOS app. The operator is Metric Rise FZE LLC, Ajman Free Zone, UAE. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@metric-rise.com.
You can play without an account. Account, cloud and payment features are optional and available only when offered in the product. This web notice describes their data handling; it does not promise that every feature is currently available.
Playing in your browser
Browser tournaments, player names, scores, saved-player suggestions and club presets are stored on your device. Draft recovery also uses storage for the current tab. We do not upload your browser tournament library when you sign in. A tournament is uploaded only when you choose to save it to the cloud or create it in the cloud workspace.
Optional club logos and result images are processed in your browser. An event photo is used locally to prepare the image you choose to download or share. A backup you download is a file on your device. Sharing or uploading that file or an image sends it to the destination you choose.
Optional account and cloud tournaments
Google sign-in gives us your verified email address and Google's account identifier. We use them to recognize your account, display the signed-in email and connect your saved tournaments and web purchase. We assign a separate internal account ID. We do not receive your Google password or request access to your contacts, email messages or Google Drive.
Cloud records contain the tournament information you enter, including player names, selected gender where needed for Mix Americano, rounds, results and attendance. We also store trial usage, save revisions and account/session information needed to operate the service. Cloudflare hosts the website and stores account and cloud data in D1. Only the signed-in owner can retrieve that account's tournaments through the service.
Cloud edits are saved after the server confirms them. Unconfirmed edits and setup details may be held in owner-scoped storage for the current browser tab so the same account can retry. Signing out clears that account's cloud recovery on the tab; the separate browser library stays on the device. Avoid entering unnecessary personal information about players.
Web payments and mobile access
Polar provides hosted web checkout and subscription management. We send the internal account ID and account email to connect the purchase to you. Polar handles payment and billing information under its own policies. Mixano receives purchase/subscription status, provider record identifiers and information needed to verify access or a refund. We do not collect your full payment card number in Mixano.
If you link an iOS app to web access, we store the account association and a protected device-access credential. The app stores its credential in Keychain and uses it to check web access. This linking does not transfer or merge your existing RevenueCat purchase identity. The mobile app's existing purchase and restore handling remains separate.
Cookies, security and analytics
Sign-in uses necessary session and temporary authorization cookies. Browser storage keeps local tournaments and recovery data. Hosting and account requests include technical information such as IP address, request path, browser information and timing. We use necessary request information for delivery, rate limits, security and investigating failures.
The playable organizer at /play/ does not load the marketing site's analytics tags. The marketing homepage uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions such as page views, scrolling and outbound clicks. These services can use cookies and browser/device identifiers. The organizer does not send tournament names, player names or scores to those marketing tags. This privacy notice and the web terms page do not load those tags.
Storage, deletion and backups
You can remove local data using your browser's site-data controls; this also removes local recovery. Download a backup first if you want to keep a copy. Clearing browser data or uninstalling the mobile app does not delete a cloud account or cancel a subscription.
In Account, you can export cloud tournaments and delete your account. Deleting a cloud tournament removes its content from the live library and retains a deletion/revision record to prevent stale saves. Account deletion removes the live profile and cloud tournaments and revokes its account/device sessions. We keep limited account-deletion markers to prevent an older backup from restoring a deleted account.
Private backup copies, when created, are stored in a separate Cloudflare KV namespace and expire within 30 days. A backup can include your account profile, cloud tournaments and trial-use records. It excludes sign-in/session credentials and device-access credentials. This is separate from the live database but remains with Cloudflare. We do not promise that a scheduled backup or a particular recovery point is already available for your account.
Polar may retain its purchase, invoice and billing records under its own policy. Deleting Mixano does not cancel Polar billing or remove records held by a payment provider. To stop renewal, use subscription management before deleting your account, or use the provider link in your purchase email.
Providers and requests
Our service providers operate internationally; processing is not limited to the location of your device. Their policies explain how they handle data in their services: Google, Cloudflare and Polar.
For access, correction, deletion, privacy questions or help with an export, write to info@metric-rise.com. We may need to verify that a request concerns your account. The operator's mobile-app privacy policy covers separate mobile services; its general statements about no accounts or server storage do not describe the optional Mixano web account covered here.
