This page supplements the operator's general app terms with the web service's account, storage and payment arrangements. The general app descriptions of device-only data and Apple/Google-only payments do not apply to optional cloud storage and Polar web purchases described here. This page does not change the terms of an existing App Store purchase or limit rights provided by applicable law.
Browser play and free access
You can use the browser organizer without signing in. Tournaments are saved in that browser, and you can download a backup file. Clearing browser storage can remove those tournaments. A cloud account is optional.
Up to three trial tournament creations are included in total across Americano, Mix Americano and Mexicano. Your remaining allowance is shown before creation. Creating a repeated tournament counts as a new creation; retrying the same interrupted creation does not use another trial. Signing in does not reset the existing allowance.
Trial exhaustion or an expired web subscription affects new tournament creation. Your existing tournaments remain available to open, score and export. Check the allowance and plan details shown in the product before starting a new tournament.
Accounts and cloud copies
Sign in with Google to save selected tournaments to your account or buy Web Pro. Keep control of the Google account you use. Browser and cloud copies remain separate: choosing Save to cloud does not turn the original browser copy into a continuously synchronized copy.
Cloud storage holds up to 200 saved tournaments or 4 MB in total, whichever comes first. This includes finished tournaments kept in the cloud. Pro removes the new-tournament creation limit; it does not increase these storage limits. Export and remove older cloud copies if you need to make room.
Changes made in the cloud workspace save after server confirmation. A failed save needs a retry or a downloaded backup. If another device changed the event, the organizer preserves the unconfirmed version for recovery before loading the latest cloud copy. Do not assume an unconfirmed change has reached the cloud.
Enter information you have permission to use, and avoid unnecessary personal details about players. You remain responsible for the tournament setup and the results you enter. The privacy notice explains account data, deletion and backup handling.
Web Pro and recurring payments
Web checkout is hosted by Polar and requires a signed-in Mixano account. Before you pay, checkout displays the plan, currency, amount, any applicable tax, billing interval and renewal terms. Review those details; a browser return page alone does not confirm that Mixano has verified your purchase.
A recurring plan renews according to the terms shown at checkout until you cancel. Use Manage subscription in your Mixano account, or the Polar customer-portal link supplied with your purchase, to manage renewal and payment details. Cancellation normally leaves access available through the paid period shown by the provider.
Signing out, deleting browser data, uninstalling an app or deleting your Mixano account does not cancel a subscription. Account deletion also does not issue a refund. Manage billing before deletion if you want to stop future renewal.
For a mistaken charge, duplicate payment or refund request, contact info@metric-rise.com with your receipt reference. Do not send full payment card details. Checkout and the provider's applicable buyer terms govern the transaction; nothing on this page excludes any cancellation or refund right you have under applicable law. A completed refund or revocation can end the associated paid access while existing tournaments remain playable.
What a purchase covers
Web Pro includes Pro in a linked Mixano iOS app while your web subscription is active. Requires iOS app version 1.4 or later. If the update is not yet available in your App Store, wait for it before linking. Android access is not included.
Web Pro covers unlimited new tournament creation on the web. iOS coverage depends on the release availability stated above. Link the app to the same web account using the code shown in the app and explicit browser approval. Web access is delivered after the server verifies the purchase; if verification is pending, retry the status check instead of paying again.
A mobile-only purchase does not include Web Pro. Existing native purchases and Restore purchases continue through the mobile app's existing RevenueCat/App Store flow. Linking or unlinking web access does not transfer, cancel or replace those purchases.
Cloud access, checkout and purchase verification need a connection. Linked iOS web access can continue for a limited verified offline period, no longer than 24 hours and never beyond its known paid expiry. Reconnect to refresh it. Account/device revocation takes effect when the app next verifies access or the offline period ends.
Availability and help
Optional features are available only when shown in the product. Keep a downloaded backup of important tournaments. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular backup recovery point on this page. Contact info@metric-rise.com if a confirmed payment has not produced access, a cloud save remains pending or you need help deleting an account.
